It means: "Permitted to you on the night of fasting combined with your wife. They are garments for you and you are garments for them. He knows that you can not help yourself, but he menrima tobatmu and forgive.And now with them and seek what Allah has ordained for you. Eat and drink until clear to you (the difference) between the white thread and black thread of the dawn. Then complete your fast till (comes) night. But do not you interfere with them, when you give `tikaf in the mosque. That the provisions of Allah, so approach them not. Thus Allah makes His revelations to mankind, to make them cautious. "Ruling literally means to hold, in the context of the above describes the starting time of fasting from dawn (طلوع الفجر) until sunset (غروب الشمس). But what often happens in the community there were those who ate the meal and when the current Ruling cue then stop. But there also will continue their sahurnya. Here lies the controversy of understanding, which is right ...? When is the right time of Ruling ...?Let us examine with the following interpretation of this verse ...                              •                                                                                                             Meaning: Eat and drink until clear to you (the difference) between the white thread and black thread of the dawn. Then complete your fast till (comes) night.Time is described as already explained Ruling white thread (الخيط الابيض) and the black thread (الخيط الاسود)In a commentary written by Imam Muhammad showie As-Showie page 121 explains that the seventh row of white thread and black thread as beads (parable) between dawn and dawn kidzib shodik. Dawn kidzib a bright flash of light that appears before the dawn shodik in a short time and followed the dark, while the dawn shodik is the emergence of a bright light that spread to every corner of nature.In this case the name of Ruling Which?Described in the paragraph above that fast at the start of white thread and black thread. In case this is shodik dawn or early morning prayer time entry, rather than at dawn because dawn kidzib kidzib is the emergence of light for a while and there is no enforcement of Personality 'in it. This is confirmed by the Hadith of the Prophet narrated by Ibn Abbas that the Prophet Muhammad SAW said:الفجر فجران: فجر يحرم الطعام وتحل فيه الصلاة, وفجر تحرم فيه الصلاة - اي صلاة الصبح - و يحل فيه الطعام (رواه ابن خزيمة والحكيم وصحاه)It means: "there are two kinds of Dawn, the dawn of a forbidden food and allowed to pray at dawn and prayers are forbidden (ie morning prayers), and allowed to eat." Narrated by Ibn Khuzaimah and Judge.And both menshohihkannya.Then lafadz ثم اتموا الصيام الي الليل explains about the deadline for breaking the fast or the setting of the sun (غروب الشمس) for maghrib time is part of the night.Asbabun Nuzul or causes the revelation of the verse above as there is a best friend named Qois bin Sormah and in another narration sormah bin Qais, he was a hard-working even in the fasting month. As usual, he came home manjelang sunset to break their fast, but when he got home he could not find a meal to break the fast so that he fell asleep, not how much later his wife came with a dish and beliaupun Qais awoke but the friend was reluctant to eat because of fear of Allah swt then he would sleep hungry, causing him to faint. Others have reported that the friends of Ali bin Hatim used to put down a white rope and rope and then he ate black color that looks both. Then early in the morning the day he expressed to the Prophet Muhammad that the black strap is like night and day is like a white rope.As for the posting of the Ruling intended to ihtiyathan (احتياطا) on guard so as not to miss until dawn shodik, it is not problematic as long as we stay true to the beginning of the limit law of fasting and the beginning of the emergence Awliyaa it does not provide for the people because God does not want trouble for the servants.
